As a practitioner, I am a fellow traveler who provides honest and direct feedback, counseling practices, and education that can help identify behavior patterns in these intersecting areas to influence an observable healthier difference in your life. I think our unique experiences make us who we are. I also recognize the intersection of our physical, mental, relational, and spiritual health, understanding each area as an affected part of our whole self. I focus on supporting clients through life challenges with an awareness of the interconnection between mind, body, and spirit. My approach is strength-based, believing you are the expert in your life. I value honesty, trust, empathy, and non-judgment. Together we use the therapeutic relationship to build on your strengths. By being fully aware and mindful of your needs, you can make conscious, proactive choices to identify your values and what matters to you.

Our creativity needs a form of expression not related to perfection but to exploration that sometimes involves accepting and appreciating the imperfection that makes us human.
